These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this Chandak Sarvam website (the "Website") operated by Clean Property Solution, the proprietorship concern of Nilesh Devraj Mishra (MahaRERA Agent Reg. No. A51800012329) ("we", "us", "our"), an authorised channel partner of Chandak Realtors Pvt. Ltd. By accessing the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Information purposes only

The Website is intended only to provide general information about Chandak Sarvam. We are not the promoter, developer or builder of the project, and this is not the official website of Chandak Group. Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind. Any purchase is governed solely by the agreement for sale and other documents executed between you and the developer.

2. Artistic impressions and specifications

All images, renders, floor plans and visuals are artistic impressions for representational purposes only. Specifications, amenities, layouts, carpet areas, prices and timelines are indicative and subject to change, statutory approvals, confirmation by the developer and the final agreement. Furniture, fittings and accessories shown are not part of the standard offering unless stated in the agreement.

3. Pricing

Prices mentioned on the Website (including "starting at" prices, denoted by ++) are indicative, exclude stamp duty, registration charges, GST and other applicable taxes and charges, and are subject to change without notice. Please contact us for current pricing and payment plans.

4. RERA

RERA: A51800012329. Registration details are available at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. Buyers are advised to verify all project details with the developer, MahaRERA and the relevant authorities before making a decision.

5. Enquiries and communication

When you submit an enquiry, you confirm the information you give is accurate and belongs to you. You authorise Clean Property Solution and its authorised representatives to contact you via call, SMS, email or WhatsApp, which overrides any DND/NDNC registration, and you consent to your details being shared with Chandak Realtors Pvt. Ltd. for this project. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by submitting false or another person's details, attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or copying content for commercial use.

7. Intellectual property

"Chandak" and "Chandak Sarvam" are trademarks of Chandak Realtors Pvt. Ltd., used here under written authorisation solely to identify the project offered. All other content on the Website belongs to Clean Property Solution or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, MahaRERA and the developer's website. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Limitation of liability
