Any purchase is governed solely by the agreement for sale and other documents executed between you and the developer.
2. Artistic impressions and specifications
All images, renders, floor plans and visuals are artistic impressions or illustrative visuals for representational purposes only. Specifications, amenities, layouts, carpet areas, views, prices and timelines are indicative and subject to change, statutory approvals, confirmation by the developer and the final agreement.
3. Pricing
Any prices mentioned on the Website are indicative, exclude stamp duty, registration charges, GST and other applicable taxes and charges, and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing and availability are subject to confirmation by the authorised sales representative.
4. RERA
RERA: A51800012329. Registration details are available at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. Buyers are advised to verify all project details, including registration details, with the developer, MahaRERA and the relevant authorities before making a decision.
5. Enquiries and communication
When you submit an enquiry, you confirm the information you give is accurate and belongs to you. You authorise Clean Property Solution and its representatives to contact you via call, SMS, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry, which overrides any DND/NDNC registration for this purpose. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by submitting false or another person’s details, attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or copying content for commercial use.
7. Intellectual property
Project names, branding and imagery belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe the project. Other content on the Website may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party sites such as WhatsApp and MahaRERA. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
9. Limitation of liability
While we try to keep the Website accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of its content. Clean Property Solution is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information on the Website.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
